We've detected that you're using an old browser. Unfortunately, owing to the latest technologies used across our platform we do not support this browser.
Update my browser nowPlease do not attempt to provide feedback if you have not yet moved into the property. If you do not move in until close to the end of the feedback period allowed by your landlord, property manager or lettings' agent, please contact them to re-submit the report to re-start the permitted feedback period.
The contents of the report would have been compiled by the landlord, property manager or lettings agent that you have been liaising with. Please contact them regarding any issue you have in terms of the contents of the report.
No, you can start the feedback and the information you provide is saved each time you press 'Save & Continue'. You can therefore leave halfway through and pick up the feedback at any time within your permitted feedback period from the last point that you pressed 'Save & Continue'.
The feedback period will depend on the setting that your landlord, property manager or lettings' agent has set on their account, so it is worth liaising with them to clarify. If you have received the reminder email regarding providing feedback, the cut-off date will be displayed there.
Access to our server is via a web page that opens in your device's default browser, so all you need to access the portal is a stable internet/data connection as you may be uploading images as part of your feedback process.
This should only happen if something is missing from a mandatory field. Any section on a feedback page that is missing should highlight in red for you to complete. Please ensure that any images you upload are in a .jpg, .png or .gif format with no HEIC compression setting on your device.
If you are having a purely technical issue with the webpage, you can email us at [email protected]. We ask that you provide us with your name, property address, name of the landlord, property manager or lettings' agent that you have been dealing with, and a description of the technical problem you are having, as well as details of any error messages.
