Both platforms already streamline tenancy management processes for lettings agents, landlords and property managers, and our latest integration enhances this further by eliminating unnecessary duplication and significantly reduces administrative overhead. Users can now import properties and tenants from SME Professional into Inventory Hive, avoiding the need for manual double-entry (a process prone to error and can be time-consuming), whilst completed reports from Inventory Hive are automatically exported back to SME Professional, ensuring a smooth two-way data flow between the systems.
The integration is available at no additional cost to users of both platforms and supports up to four scheduled import runs per day, keeping data synchronised and up-to-date.
With the award-winning creation of property inspection reports with Inventory Hive, combined with the automated client accounting and property management CRM from market-leading SME Professional, this collaboration gives property managers a seamless way to manage the tenancy process.
