Here at Inventory Hive, we are always looking to release improvements to the software, and we are extremely excited to announce the release of our newest feature - 'Smart Fill'.
Smart Fill will allow users to automatically populate Condition and Cleanliness descriptions within the items that make up reports, based upon the already existing Condition and Cleanliness rating indicators. We believe that the feature will be a significant time-saver, providing a highly efficient and convenient method for completing reports, whilst providing detail that will make reports robust under adjudication.
The update does slightly re-order existing screens, but all pre-existing description interfaces remain and are enhanced with the ability to utilise the pre-populated template descriptions for all statuses of condition and cleanliness for every programmed item within the software.

Enhanced User Interface

Enhance report preview screen to allow direct access to sections within the report for easy and efficient editing (this is a web browser feature only at present).
Quick-view condition, cleanliness and maintenance icons on room content list screen (web browser and app-supported update).
Utility meter overview screen layout changes (web browser and app-supported update).
Enhanced Item Clone tool
We have extended the functionality of the item clone tool to incorporate cloning of the condition and cleanliness ratings in addition to the associated descriptions. This is a web browser and app-supported update, making the report creation process even more efficient.
App Update Required – PLEASE READ
Our browser version updates have been pushed-live already – so there’s no action required there (happens automatically). An update is required to install the latest features on your iOS or Android devices though, which can be accessed here for convenience: iOS (Apple) Appstore found here and; Android Google Playstore found here.
Please note that due to the nature of the changes to the software, all users will be required to update the app in order to continue to use the app. Please ensure that you update your app version (if auto-updates are not installed on your device) otherwise you will not be able to log back into the software via the app.
