Software Update - v.1.15.0 - Increased Photo Limits

At Inventory Hive, we always love to hear feedback from our customers with their suggestions for new features or enhancements to existing features to make the user experience better. This latest software update changes the image structure and allows for greater capacity for taking and embedding photographs within reports.

We have increased the photograph limit across the board for all items saved within the software library, but have increased this further for commonly disputed items and items that are present in greater volume. We feel that these limit increases will compliment our Smart Fill features; whilst it is important to have an accurate and detailed description for each item in your report, the photograph limit increases will give our users greater peace of mind to ensure that all available evidence is captured to safeguard them should their tenancies end with a dispute.

Speaking of Smart Fill, we have also taken the opportunity to make some minor tweaks to some descriptions within our library, based on customer feedback. We have also updated our sample reports on the website, for the main report types, to showcase the Smart Fill layout. You can find links to the sample reports below:

App Update Required – PLEASE READ

Our browser version updates have been pushed-live already – so there’s no action required there (happens automatically). An update is required to install the latest features on your iOS or Android devices though, which can be accessed here for convenience: iOS (Apple) Appstore found here and; Android Google Playstore found here.

Please note that due to the nature of the changes to the software, all users will be required to update the app in order to continue to use the app. Please ensure that you update your app version (if auto-updates are not installed on your device) otherwise you will not be able to log back into the software via the app.
