We are always looking to bring in great new features and enhancements to the Inventory Hive software, and the latest software update focuses on an important compliance subject matter - Damp & Mould within properties.
With the changes on the horizon with the Renters Rights Bill and the anticipated changes to the private rental sector adopting similar standards to combat and resolve damp and mould within social housing, we at Inventory Hive have introduced new compliance sections across all standard report types to allow you to specifically focus on this important issue.
Across our inventory, check-in, interim and check-out report types, a property-related Damp & Mould question set has been added, whilst our interim report also includes a new tenant-related Damp & Mould question set which allows inspectors conducting interim inspections to identify any sitting tenants who may be vulnerable in respect of respiratory problems, especially if any evidence of damp or mould is identified within the property.
