I have been so happy and impressed with the service so far from inventory hive. The software is easy to use, looks professional and has made my job working for a very busy letting agency much easier. Not only just in the process of report generating but also should any deposit disputes arise i have a clear and well put together report which has all the information and photos needed in one place. The training and support from Richard Manning has been impeccable, Richard clearly has great knowledge of the software and everything it has to offer and is great at explaining this. He covers any questions we have before we even ask them which shows how well he is able to cover all bases and he is always available for help with any additional training needs. The support function has been great too when i have had a question or a problem, it is responded to very quickly and the information is always very helpful. Thanks Richard and team!

Holly has been excellent! Always cheerful and polite, she listens to your issue and goes through it with you and if needs be invites you to a Teams meeting and stays with you until you can perform the action you require. The product is excellent - the support, first rate!!!

Inventory Hive has made a spectacular difference to my business, The App and the interface proved easy to use and the free training is easy to access and helpful. The one-to-one account review and training on how to use the app was particularly useful in correcting out some errors we were making and actually ended up saving us lots of time. The prerecorded webinars i would also highly recommend. All in all, The Inventory Hive team and their trainers have made the process of “inventories”, “move in” and “moveout” visits something my staff look forward to instead of dreading.

Inventory Hive has been essential to the ease of sending out 100's of inventories out to tenants of our University Halls.
